Construction is currently underway for MIDORI PARK The TEN, a high-end residential development located in the heart of Binh Duong New City, Vietnam.

Developed by Becamex Tokyu, the project forms part of the larger MIDORI PARK township—a masterplanned urban district designed around green living and connectivity. Spanning approximately 13,654 m², the development comprises two mid-rise blocks of 10 storeys with around 300 residential units, offering a diverse range of apartment types from studios to penthouses.

A Refined Living Concept

MIDORI PARK The TEN is conceived as a premium residential environment inspired by Japanese living principles, emphasizing simplicity, quality, and a strong relationship with nature. The project introduces a new standard of living in Binh Duong, combining contemporary architecture with thoughtfully curated shared amenities.

Key design features include:

• High ceilings of up to 3.5 metres, enhancing spatial quality and comfort
• A distinctive zigzag building form, allowing each unit access to greenery and improved privacy
• Floor-to-ceiling glazing to maximise natural light and views

Integrated Community Living

As part of the MIDORI PARK masterplan, the project benefits from a well-developed urban environment with access to commercial, educational, and recreational facilities. The development also incorporates a range of lifestyle amenities, including landscaped communal spaces and wellness facilities, contributing to a balanced and contemporary living experience.

Notably, the project is among the first in the region to introduce a Japanese-style onsen facility, reinforcing its identity as a distinctive residential offering in the area.

Ongoing Development

Following its groundbreaking in early 2024, construction of MIDORI PARK The TEN is progressing steadily, with completion targeted in the coming phases.

Once completed, the project is set to further strengthen MIDORI PARK as a key residential destination, offering a refined and well-integrated living environment within Binh Duong New City.
