This project is a split-level bungalow located in Singapore. The design adopts a contemporary architectural language with strong horizontal lines and a restrained material palette, creating a calm and refined living environment. Spaces are organised around a central courtyard and pool, enhancing natural light, ventilation, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

本プロジェクトは、シンガポールに位置するスプリットレベルの住宅です。水平ラインを強調した現代的な建築デザインと抑制された素材構成により、落ち着きのある上質な住空間を創出しています。中庭とプールを中心に空間を構成し、自然光や通風を取り込みながら内外の連続性を高めています。

Dự án là nhà ở dạng split-level tại Singapore. Thiết kế mang ngôn ngữ kiến trúc hiện đại với các đường nét ngang rõ ràng và vật liệu tiết chế, tạo nên không gian sống tinh tế và yên tĩnh. Không gian được tổ chức quanh sân trong và hồ bơi trung tâm, tăng cường ánh sáng tự nhiên, thông gió và sự kết nối giữa trong và ngoài.
